We’re talking about a culture that’s built on growth and development, and the declaration of living large, purposeful lives full of fun.#PeopleGrowHere!Are you interested in joining a creative and collaborative team leading the growth of a multi-million dollar program Do you thrive on detail and get excited about bringing projects to life We are looking for a high-performing, customer-focused and innovative Gift Cards & Loyalty Manager to fill a 15 month maternity leave on our team!The Gift Cards & Loyalty Manager will lead programs from ideation to execution, build customer engagement and successfully drive the Earls gift cards program (including marketing, performance, and P&L). The person that is best suited for this role is both analytical and creative.If you are a strategic and analytical thinker, competitive, and ready to make a big impact on a highly collaborative team, this role is for you!Please note: This individual will need to be based in Vancouver, BC.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be the champion of customer loyalty, leveraging customer data and driving marketing programs to build loyalty and drive customer retention
  • Lead our multimillion dollar Gift Card program, driving the sales strategy forward, building promotions and working closely with third-party vendors, operations teams and the brand team to achieve sales goals
  • Responsible for marketing initiatives such as Happy Hour and our Daily Rituals to ensure these programs attain successful metrics and remain top of mind in our competitive set
  • Work collaboratively with both the Regional Marketing team and Brand team to build new creative for programs that enhance the guest experience
  • Support with the strategic planning for the future of loyalty within Earls
  • Use data to provide personalized experiences and inform business decisions
  • Work with third-party partners and platforms and be the lead to identify opportunities and provide strategies on how to push the brand forward
  • Lead the e-newsletter program - collaborating with project owners to help increase open-rate and reporting on data and insights to build customer base
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelors degree and 3-5 years marketing, with an emphasis on data analysis or e-commerce
  • Past experience in gift cards or running similar data-driven large-scale programs
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering innovative marketing campaigns, and internal and external traffic strategies
  • Strong financial skills with budget management experience
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Loyalty, Membership or CRM experience an asset
  • Digital programming, web design or user experience is a plus
