As Health Club Concierge with Fairmont Waterfront you will be an ambassador for the health and wellbeing of our guests. Your warm service and knowledge of all our facility has to offer will support our guests and members in their commitment to healthy living.What is in it for you:Wonderful company culture - our colleagues are at the heart of all that we doDelicious meals in our staff dining room with daily menu changes and healthy optionsFood & Beverage disount of 50% at ARC, Fairmont Waterfront and our local sister propertiesTransit reimbursement program and complementary bike storageEmployee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwide for you and your familyLearning programs through our Academies designed to sharpen your skillsAbility to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities, like Planet 21Career development opportunities with national and international promotion opportunitiesWhat you will be doing:Manage daily operations for the Health Club including cleanliness, sanitization and guest experienceManage guest reservation/arrival/departure based on availabilty in MS TeamsProvide personalized guest experienceHandle any guest concerns and communicate to respective departments immediately while proactively working towards guest recoveryManage guests while adhering to the COVID-19 related protocols such as regular sanitization of high-touch points, maximum capacity in the swimming pool, health club and around the pool areaCleaning of change rooms regularly and ensuring that all supplies are stocked wellEnsure that the original set-up for the Health Club is in place after each set of guests depart the Health ClubEnsure that pool towels are always stocked and soiled linen is brought down to laundry roomSupport the F&B Cabana operation where availableOpera knowledge is an assetSchedule flexibility is required based on demand and weatherAny other duty as assignedYour experience and skills include:Previous experience in a Health Club preferredCPR and First Aid certification an assetServing It Right Certification requiredExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and probelm solving abilitiesHighly responsible and reliableVisa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
