All of our candidates will be interviewed virtually and the successful candidate will be onboarded remotely during this time.About the Team:We are a mid-sized and growing team tasked with analysing and synthesizing healthcare documents, which cover a range of policy types and topics. By providing our clients with real-time updates on the latest changes to medical and pharmaceutical policies across the US Healthcare landscape, we help reduce claim denials and ensure patients receive coverage for the therapeutics they need. We achieve this by taking a detailed and methodical approach to all document analysis, as well as through technology enabled solutions.If successful, you will be joining a friendly team with a healthy work/life balance. There is a lot of opportunity to grow professionally as the team continues to expand.Responsibilities:Role & Responsibilities:Synthesize relevant policy information from complex Healthcare-related documents into a customized client report that summarizes valuable findingsWrite user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights language that sets our users up for successRead and work with complex, technical documentsWork independently and able to make their own decisions, but also willing to follow style guidelinesConduct Quality Control checks on your own work, as well as the work of colleagues, if requiredResponsible for coordinating specific team workflows & collecting statisticsProvide support and guidance to new hires, participating in the mentorship program when requestedPerform routine maintenance on an existing database of medical policy information, gaining relevant industry expertiseEvaluate current content & processes and develop innovative approaches for improvementObtain a deep understanding of the US healthcare landscapeQualifications:Qualifications and Education Requirements:At least a bachelor’s degree in a relevant fieldEducation background: life science, social science, language-focused humanities; ideal is a background in science and strong interest in writing, or vice versa.Experience within Pharma or pharmacy benefit management (PBM) industry, including US Formulary management is considered an assetExpert English language skills (both written and verbal).
