Envol is hiring a new HRamp; Talent Coordinator to join our growing, virtual team for January 2025! Note: This is a full-time internship (4-month or 8-month term) beginning January 2025. This internship is funded through Venture for Canada. Learn more about Ventures for Canada and their eligibility criteria. WHO ARE YOU As Envol’s next HRamp; Talent Coordinator, you’ll work alongside our dynamic team of seasoned people leaders and HR professionals. You will learn to deliver impactful and strategic full cycle recruitment solutions, from creating captivating job ads to headhunting top talent and conducting virtual interviews. As an internal recruiter for Envol’s clients, you will gain hands-on experience and learn the ins-and-outs of recruitment. Learning to find and secure exceptional talent, fortify employer brands, and foster impactful relationships, you will leave a lasting impact on our business, our clients, and your career!WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Meet the eligibility criteria for Ventures for Canada. (Note: This is a grant-funded position. Click here for the full eligibility criteria. Don #39;t meet the eligibility criteria Unfortunately, it won #39;t work out for this specific opportunity).
  • You are pursuing a post-secondary education as a 3rd or 4th year undergraduate or graduate student, ideally in HR, business, or any related field.
  • Passionate and curious about a career in human resources, culture, people, talent, recruitment or any other synonym for it!
  • Possess at least 6 months of recruitment experience with an understanding (even through coursework) of employment standards and HR principles. *This is a MUST.
  • New technology, including AI, is exciting for you and you pick up quickly. No experience with HR and recruitment technology We’ll teach you all that you need to know!
  • You’re radically independent, resourceful, and a driven problem-solver that gives a damn about creating impact and delivering experiences that delight.
  • You are a positive contributor and collaborator, take initiative, have exceptional written and verbal communication and demonstrate professional maturity.
