We've got an amazing and hard-working culture, and are looking for entrepreneurial "founder-type" people.Our aim is to democratize renovation-design for every homeowner in North America, by offering a world-class virtual design and build experience.We are looking for a highly talented human resources manager who can help us grow our company. The role will involve making creative decisions regarding finding and hiring new contractors, coordinators, sales people, and software engineers.You will be working directly with founders as well as our entire team.Responsibilities

  • Creative new and innovative ways to find top talent
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to create events, job postings, and other advertisements that promote our brand to potential candidates
  • Interview and vet candidates based on criteria set with the executive team
  • Issue contracts, negotiate compensation, and onboard new hires
  • Curate and develop a strong network to recruit from
  • Headhunt all-star talent from other companies

Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:
