As Canadas fastest-growing hospitality group, we believe the foundation of our continued success is our people and taking great care of our guestsWho We Are HiringAs the Immigration Compliance & Recruitment Manager, your goal is to improve our labour forecasting with the Temporary Foreign Worker (TFW) program by preparing all the necessary and required documentation for the various Government of Canada departments. You will oversee and maintain the immigration process for our TFW program. You are responsible for managing the flow of people into and out of the country. You will also oversee and maintain immigration records, documents and ensuring compliance and accuracy of data. You will have a deep knowledge of immigration streams and understanding of their requirements. The Immigration Compliance & Recruitment Manager will be responsible for equipping candidates with relevant information and resources, supervising the completion of documentation, and submitting data on behalf of individuals, as required. You may also be tasked with handling issues related to Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) applications, work visas, permanent residency applications, and overall support to our existing TFWs. We ask you to exhibit diligence, particularly when completing and submitting requisite paperwork and keeping up-to-date with alterations to immigration laws.ObjectiveDemonstrate the knowledge of public service (Government of Canada), private and legality.
