Job Description

Our fully automated, purpose-built solution eliminates the manual processing of business-critical commercial documents with 100% data accurate, touchless transactions. These documents include purchase orders, invoices, advance shipping notices, and other essential commercial documents exchanged between business and their customers.About the Opportunity:We are looking for individuals who are curious and motivated, to join our services organization. As an Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for the success of onboarding projects of various sizes. This includes requirements gathering, comprehensive onboarding support, troubleshooting technical issues, and additional needs that are identified along the way. This is a vital and meaningful position focused on the delivery and adoption of the Conexiom platform.We have found that the most successful individuals have at least 3 years of prior SaaS implementation experience, strong project management skills, and proven success in growing existing accounts and relationships.Successful Implementation Managers exhibit the following traits:Self-Directed & Accountable

Responsibilities:
  • Overall ownership of your assigned projects which include discovery, onboarding, troubleshooting, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and maintaining overall customer satisfaction
  • Assist in the definition of project scope, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Provide recommendations and strategies to meet customer business requirements
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
  • Resolve and/or escalate customer technical issues when required
  • Assist with client onboarding using internal tools. Tasks involve setting up the Partner Portal, setting up users, aggregation, and uploading of assets, exporting reports
  • Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities
  • Deliver training to and nurture skills in clients
  • Guide new customers through an established onboarding process, equipping them to use Conexiom confidently and effectively
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience managing or implementing projects in a SaaS or enterprise software environment
  • Experience with simultaneously juggling multiple clients of various sizes
  • Comprehensive technical experience
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing complex projects, training clients, ensuring adoption of the platform, and moving customers to a self-sufficient status
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and coordinating skills
  • Ability to manage several concurrent tasks and switch priorities on the fly
  • Experience in delivering training to groups
  • A service-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with the Manufacturing and Distribution industries and ERP systems are assets
