Job Description

We are looking to hire experienced painters and apprentices to work in the Greater Vancouver area for interior and exterior jobs. Experience is preferred, but the right candidate can be trained on the job. Full-time and part-time positions are available.Reporting to: Scott Morton, CEO & Founder, Staff ManagerResponsibilities, Duties, & Expectations:

  • High school diploma/GED preferred;
  • 2+ years’ residential or commercial painting experience (not required, but is an asset);
  • Excellent communication and team-building skills;
  • Ability to work cooperatively with other construction professionals, such as carpenters, electricians and plumbers;
  • Protecting all nearby furnishings and building materials before and during every painting job, including carpets, cabinetry, outlet covers, lighting fixtures and landscaping;
  • Collaborating with other team members on larger jobs; and
  • Practicing self-supervision on small jobs to ensure you complete each project in an efficient, timely manner.
Skills & Tasks will include:
  • Cutting, rolling, taping, prep work, etc;
  • General cleaning and work site maintenance;
  • Comfortable using ladders; and
  • Comfortable with heights/roof work.
