Inventory Clerk/Administrator

Primary LocationNorth America-CA-Vancouver-Vancouver International Airport (YVR)ScheduleFull-timeUnposting DateOct 31, 2022, 10:59:00 PMOrganizationCanadaJob SummaryPerform inventory administrative duties of the Fueling Department and Parts Inventory as laid out by the Fueling Manager.Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for data entry of the "into plane information into the accounting program as well as other reports as required.
  • Responsible for Customer and employee contact
  • Audit fuel ticket information for accuracy
  • Ensure accurate fuel accounting and reporting
  • Answer phones and receive parts at shop gate
  • Track parts being used on equipment and leaving parts room and report any irregularity in parts room
  • Tracks warranty repairs and parts on Swissport equipment
  • Tracks and invoices third party repairs and maintenance when performed
  • Code invoicing to proper GL accounts
  • Track GSE Technicians hours for payroll department and report
  • Shipping of warranty parts to venders
  • Other duties as required from time to time

Qualifications and Competencies
  • High school diploma or equivalent, related certificate in business and admin school an asset
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to demonstrate problem solving skills
  • Good clerical and telephone skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Knowledge of equipment parts and inventory control is an asset
  • Knowledge of Maximo or any other Asset Management Tools is a plus
