Job DescriptionREPORTS TOChristopher Yee and Derek Saito (Owners of Brew Your Bucha and The Cocktail Box Co.)Job OverviewAs an Inventory and Warehouse Team Member, you will be part of our team which assembles and packages kombucha home brew kits and cocktail making kits.To be successful in this role, you must be detail oriented and capable of learning various tasks. This role will require good organizational skills and the ability to manage assigned task priorities.OpportunitiesIf you are interested in learning to start your own e-commerce business, there are opportunities to learn about various key functions of operating a business (i.e. marketing, human resources, inventory management, supplier negotiations, etc). This role may evolve to include additional responsibilities over time which will result in additional learning opportunities and increased compensation.Workplace#104 - 358 East Kent Avenue SouthVancouver, BC V5X 4N6Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assemble and package cocktail kits
  • Assemble and package kombucha kits
  • Label products with stickers and palletize products for shipment
  • Prepare pallets for shipment
  • Assist in brewing, packaging, and labelling of SCOBIES
  • Other tasks as required
Position QualificationsExperience
  • Non-required. You will be coached through each process and supervised until you feel comfortable with the various tasks assigned.

Physical abilities
  • Capable of moving and lifting packages/boxes in excess of 20kgs
  • Ability to maneuver a dolly jack
Ideal Working Time
  • Between 7:00am - 3:00pm - Monday to Friday
Wage & Benefits
  • $15.00-$18.00 per hour paid on a semi-monthly basis.
  • Vacation pay of 4.00% based on gross wages, to be paid at each pay period
  • Health Benefits after 3 month probationary period
  • Revenue share program based on performance
