They are the go-to person for any IT related topics including technical support for staff, data privacy and security, purchasing hardware, vetting software programs, and providing advice to the leadership team, among other things. The IT Manager provides support and oversight to strategic initiatives such as requests for proposals (RFPs). The IT Manager spends time providing on-site support at all Westcoast worksites.This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer, or their designate. The IT Manager works closely with the leadership team, administrative team, front line staff, external vendors, and advisors to implement IT projects and provide strategic solutions to support the organization. The IT Manager leads a small team, inclusive of 2-3 CO OP students and a systems administrator.Job Responsibilities:
