Job Description

Were looking for an energetic IT Support to be at the epicenter of technology for an organization in rapid growth.Your focus will be to bridge business operations with strategic IT support and solutions to help our team achieve business goals and objectives all in a fast paced and driven environment. Your insight will play a key role in growing a business, helping things running smoothly by making sure everyone has the tools and equipment to succeed, and help shape the way a revolutionary new technology is successfully introduced and adopted by new audiencesEvery one of us shares a common vision: to create the future we want to live in. We need the right people to help that vision manifest.What we’ll accomplish together:

  • Support our team members across the portfolio with all of their IT needs
  • Work closely with our operations team to manage the tech in a highly dynamic, mobile workforce
  • Acquire and manage tech for our ever expanding team
  • Respond to incidents when they arise to restore operations
  • Help onboarded new team member’s computers to set them up for success
  • Create and update documentation and user guides
  • Support the IT Ops Team with new projects
A little about you:
  • You are curious about technology and like to tinker with new things
  • You are comfortable working with MacOS and supporting others with their issues
  • You are a natural troubleshooter, comfortable solving problems with no prior experience of the issue or product
  • Have basic knowledge of the command line and can run basic scripts
  • You are excited to learn about IT best practices and put that knowledge to work
  • You have a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build solid working relationships with everyone in the organization, from individual contributors to the CEO
  • Like us, you believe in procedures and the importance of planning, but you can roll with the punches and prioritize the most impactful tasks on-the-fly
