Passionate about People, Performance and Place - our success lies in the strength of our global talent, a team of some of the world’s most respected industry professionals.THE ROLEContribute to the Business of Airports, Around the WorldUnder the leadership and direction of the Director IT and Enterprise Applications, the IT Systems Analyst will support, investigate, and analyze business system applications aligned with Vantage IT strategy and vision. This includes systems analysis of areas of common activity within Vantage or between Vantage partners, where information and other resources are exchanged to guide future states from an integrated viewpoint of strategy, business, and technology.The role entails interaction and oversight of third-party vendors, currently providing software, systems, and systems consulting support to Vantage Airport Group, including business processes and financial systems.The role has a focus with a “can do” attitude with attention to details, problem solving skills and effective communication skills working with IT Managed Service Provider and Third-party vendors to support corporate business applications across Vantage and network airports. The IT Systems Analyst will support and troubleshoot enterprise application systems (people, process, and technology).This role is a temporary position, with an end date of December 30, 2022.Â:KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a single point of contact and coordinate applicable support and fixes with the vendors.
  • Investigate and analyze IT application problems to conclusion and assist vendor resources in understanding and resolving problems where applicable.
  • Perform system administration functions for SaaS systems including user access, role provisioning, troubleshooting and application support across enterprise business systems such as but not limited to: MS D365, MS BI360, Emburse expense management system, Adobe, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Mimecast.
  • Report on key issues and initiative progress both verbally and written on a regular basis to internal stakeholders.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external service
  • Create and maintain documentation and training material for application/process changes and ensure that end-user and/or 3rd party vendors have useful reference material for complex or new processes.
  • Assist in identifying system enhancement improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive) including making appropriate recommendations to process owners.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Â:ABOUT YOU
  • Certificate, associate degree, or bachelors degree in computer science, business administration, a STEM field, business process reengineering or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in systems analysis and ERP support specific to the D365 platform.
  • Knowledge of D365 user roles and security setup.
  • Experience in preparing business cases for implementing IT solutions.
  • Experience with XML and/or EDI an asset.
  • Superior communication skills, both written and oral; able to communicate with technology subject matter experts and business stakeholders throughout the organization up to the Executive level.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT service management best practices such as ITIL, preferably with ITIL certification.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Office 365, Active Directory, Windows server and desktop environments, SharePoint,
  • Functional knowledge of LAN/WAN protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP & SNMP.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team
  • Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
