Job ID #347881Junior Content SpecialistOn behalf of our client, Procom is currently seeking a Junior Content Specialist.Junior Content Specialist Job Details:

  • Creating templates on a variety of knowledge management tools
  • Use industry best practices and familiarity with the organizations mission to inspire ideas and content
  • Communicate and cooperate with a team, including product owners, product leads, and the content specialist
  • Develop related content for multiple platforms i.e., Confluence, SharePoint, MIRO
  • Assist with developing guidelines and standard processes for the new Knowledge Management System within the Product division
Junior Content Specialist Mandatory Skills:
  • Proven record of technical content writing
  • Analytical and strategic problem solver who can contribute to conversations around knowledge management systems
  • Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
  • Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
  • Proficiency with computers and programs, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Confluence, SharePoint, Miro
