About the job: We are looking to expand our Vancouver team by adding an enthusiastic Junior Fire Protection and Life Safety Building Code Consultant who will review, develop and document approaches to building code compliance in Fire Protection and Life Safety Building Code reports.

You will work closely with design teams to deliver code compliant solutions as part of the LMDG team.   • Architectural and Building Technology Diploma or Architectural and Structural CADD and Graphic Technician Certificate
  • Awareness of Building Codes and related standards
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and CAD/Bluebeam
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Good interpersonal, client-relations skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player, driven by a desire to make better buildings
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with integrity
  • Ability to travel
