Strength comes from the inclusion of diverse perspectives and experiences.About the Role:We are looking to add a Jr. HR Generalist & Office Manager to our HR team assisting with ongoing projects and initiatives across the organization. You will apply your learning mindset across the breadth of responsibilities in all areas of HR, and you will be supported to grow your career by further developing your experience and capabilities. You will have the opportunity to be exposed to various areas of HR (recruitment, employee relations, people operations, and learning and development) along with other departments across the organization. You are a difference-maker.Responsibilities:

  • Support and facilitate Conexiom culture, brand, and values throughout initiatives by being a cultural ambassador to the organization
  • Provide responsive service to employees; managing ambiguous requests, exercising sound judgment, and acting in a solution-oriented manner
  • Support HR Initiatives such as internal training programs, committees such as Health and Safety, Social, and Volunteer
  • Maintain calendars, schedules, and coordinating large onsite events and teambuilding events
  • Draft correspondence, documents, and other written materials such as HR documents and guides, emails and announcements, dashboards, and reports
  • Order and maintain office supplies including our office snack and beverage program
  • Act and communicate with professionalism, respect, and consideration of others
  • Contribute to our high-performing HR Team overall by supporting and partnering on special projects and other duties as assigned
What Youll Bring to the Team:
  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree, diploma or certificate in Human Resources Management (Note: this role is full-time, during business hours)
