Job Description

THE TEAMThe mission of the Photo & Video Production Department is to accurately translate creative concepts into beautiful, functional, on-time, and cost-effective photo and video assets.THE OPPORTUNITYAritzia is growing, and our Photo & Video Production team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for delivering photo and video assets that showcase our campaigns in an aspirational and brand-propelling way. As the Junior Retoucher, you will support with enhancing photos for Product Catalogue, Campaign, Social and Corporate shoots and ensuring all digital editing is completed to the highest quality in a timely manner. And, with the skills you gain in this role, the opportunities are endless – from a rewarding career in Photography Production to continued growth and development with Aritzia.THE ROLEAs the Junior Retoucher, you will:

  • Support with ensuring the seamless delivery of final photo and video assets as per expectations and in alignment with the production and publishing schedules
  • Support with retouching to ensure the look and tone of each asset match the creative direction throughout the season
  • Support with the accurate naming, use, transfer, and storage of photography assets
THE QUALIFICATIONSThe Junior Retoucher has:
  • Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in Retouching (ecommerce or advertising experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in Photoshop and Capture One
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzias Values, Business and People Leadership principles
