Your role would include delivering exceptional treatments, customer service, creating a first-class high-quality experience for our guests, and assisting in the deployment of clinics’ vision, objectives, standards, and protocols.We are in the process of extending our clinic hours and opening new clinics.The successful candidate will haveTechnical Expertise· Experience in Hair Removal, Skin Tightening, Treating Spider Veins, Skin Resurfacing, IPL, CoolSculpting, EMSCULPT, miraDry, BELA MD, SYLFIRM, Microneedling with Radio Frequency, PRP, Silk Peel Dermal Infusion, Fotona SP Dynamis - Er: YAG and Nd: YAG· Expertise in a variety of laser treatments/ Body Contouring/ medical center services and injectable procedures· Establish and achieve high quality and safety standards· Conduct laser and medical aesthetic services· Educate your guests on appropriate skincare products that best suit their needs.· Mandatorily ensure completion of effective treatment documentation, charts, consents, plans in clients file· Accountable to ensure that the Health Center is Clean, Sanitized, Sterile, and Safe for Guests, Team Members, and Doctors· Educate clients on skincare products and treatment options· Build Technical and Treatment Content, Newsletters for Websites, Subscribers etc· Adept at managing Virtual Consultation by offering Technical Counseling and CoachingRevenue Generation and Sales Competency· Focus on generating Revenues by Achieving Monthly Goals and Targets· Increase revenues through up sales and cross-selling of products, treatments, and services· Selling Products by providing appropriate technical advice to clients, technical consultations, Upselling· Drive additional revenue through promotional offers and repeat bookings· Communicate through telephone and e-mail inquiries from internal and external clients· Sell through In Bound and Out Bound Sales Calls to Target Clients· Actively Engage in Creating Pictures of Treatments and Posting on Social Media· Actively contribute towards building a great fan following on Social MediaLeadership and Team Working Capabilities· Highly motivated, energetic, and passionate about what you do.· An excellent communicator with both our guests and our team members.· Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail.· Provide extraordinary customer service and show that you truly care about your guests.· Update guest information on internal database· Support the team in achieving overall monthly performance targetsSystem and Treatment Room Management · Accountable to ensure that the Health Center is Clean, Sanitized, Sterile, and Safe for Guests, Team Members, and Doctors· Initiative in helping to keep the clinic/treatment rooms looking their best at all times· Expertise in working with a Scheduling, Invoicing, and Client Management System· Update guest information on an internal database, trackers· Proficient with E-Store, Invoicing, Billing and Accounts Management· Proficient in managing multiple loyalty programs· Knowledge of Brilliant Distinctions reward program an asset· Ability to manage a multi-line switchboard· Computing Skills - Mac OS, Office 365, GOOGLE SUITE Applications· Proficient with Messaging tools like WhatsApp, MessagesWE OFFERA beautiful modern boutique medical environmentA fun, supportive, and creative workplaceStaff Discounts for Products and Treatments at the ClinicTeam building nights, dinners, concerts - (COVID - 19 Sensitive)Career Opportunities to grow from interns to part-time to permanent roles including operational, sales, and marketing leadership positions.Best in the Cosmetic Medical Industry PayAbove & Beyond RewardsGross Compensation between $ 60,000 to $ 120,000 for qualified candidatesDiscretionary Performance BonusGroup Medical BenefitsSpecial Awards for Unique ContributionsMulti-Level Referral Program RewardsActive Social Media AwardsDevices Training and CertificationFlexible WorkDays/ HoursWeekend Working AdvantagesMultiple Shifts - Clinic Hours (8 am to 8 pm)ParkingTech Consultation Sales AwardsEXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: Certified laser technician with any additional medical aesthetics trainingPrevious cosmetic, spa, retail, or hospitality experienceCoolSculpting Certification a definite assetAPPLICATION PROCESS: Please only apply to the email ad, with the reference job title in the subject line, and ensure contact name and e-mail are provided.
