Job Description

Job Title: Senior Estate Litigation Lawyer Location: Vancouver, BC Job Type: Full-Time | Partnership Track Practice Area: Wills, Trustsamp; EstatesOverview: A well-established, independent law firm in Vancouver, BC is seeking a Senior Estate Litigation Lawyer to join the team in a leadership capacity. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned practitioner ready to step into a role with more autonomy, visibility, and long-term potential. The successful candidate will help build and guide the estates group while also contributing to firm-wide strategy and decision-making.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the firm’s Estate Litigation practice
  • Deliver high-quality estate planning and administration services
  • Mentor and support junior lawyers and legal staff
  • Drive business development and client relationship growth
  • Collaborate on firm-wide initiatives, including marketing, hiring, and strategic planning
  • Contribute to the broader leadership of the firm

Ideal Candidate:
  • 8+ years of experience in wills, trusts, and estates (planning and administration; litigation experience is a plus)

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to collaborate across the firm
  • Comfortable working in a more hands-on, agile setting
