The successful candidate will help build and guide the estates group while also contributing to firm-wide strategy and decision-making.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the firm’s Estate Litigation practice
• Deliver high-quality estate planning and administration services
• Mentor and support junior lawyers and legal staff
• Drive business development and client relationship growth
• Collaborate on firm-wide initiatives, including marketing, hiring, and strategic planning
• Contribute to the broader leadership of the firm
