Job Description

ABOUT THE JOBBRON Digital, is a state-of-the-art virtual production and service company, that utilizes the Unreal Engine to develop and produce long-form animation for series television, short-form content, and motion pictures. This division leverages BRON’s extensive experience producing traditional CGI animation to apply and adapt the best practices of linear animation pipelines and marry those with Unreal Engine centered, virtual production workflows. The move allows BRON to broaden and expand its production and produce high quality content with much faster turnarounds.We are seeking a Lead Animator to join our Animation Department soon. Whether you are looking for fixed-term employment or a freelance gig, check us out!RequirementsRole & Responsibilities

  • Help to define and maintain quality standards, establish guidelines and requirements for the look and quality bar of the animation
  • Assist with animation pipeline and associated work flows
  • Animate key sequences or shots to set the quality bar
  • Develop character and animation rigs by working collaboratively
  • Mentor, train and provide feedback to other animation team members
  • Collaborate with others to share techniques, ideas, and best practices
  • Encourage collaborative working practices for the team and colleagues
  • Provide estimated delivery times for key-frame animation
  • Participate in dailies and all meetings requested
  • Maintain a positive leadership and mentorship attitude.
Qualifications
  • Proven live action and/or feature film level animation skills
  • Expert level understanding of animation principles is required
  • Motion capture experience is required
  • Strong sense of timing and posing
  • Expertise in Maya is required
  • Experience with Unreal Game Engine is a plus
  • Willingness to effectively use tools to help streamline the animation process such as body and facial motion capture
  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely
  • Solid work ethic and positive attitude
  • Strong collaborative mindset
  • Desire to innovate towards efficient process
  • Works well under pressure
  • Pro-active
  • Efficient and detail oriented
  • Does not shy away from technical issues
  • Strong problem-solving skills
