With a constant desire to offer our clients the best possible service, we have set up a team of specialists dedicated to high-performance projects to support our clients and design teams across Canada.We are currently seeking a talented Lead Buildings Mechanical Engineer to join our Vancouver office. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience (minimum 15 years) to lead and shape projects across various sectors, including commercial, institutional, educational and some industrial. You will play a pivotal role in mentoring a team of mechanical engineers, guiding them through projects, while also fostering client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other aspects of mechanical engineering for buildings. They should demonstrate expertise in buildings decarbonization or deep retrofit projects, high energy efficiency projects and strong abilities in cultivating relationships with clients. The candidate should be driven to develop innovative solutions to engineering challenges as well as accompanying the clients through the design process. Primary Responsibilities
