Job Summary:Myodetox is seeking a Lead Guest Experience Coordinator (LGEC) who will be responsible for ensuring the Chinatown clinic is running smoothly on a day-to-day basis.In this role, you will serve as the subject matter expert of your clinic and deliver a lasting impression on each guest that comes through our doors. Your focus will be on leadership development, clinic operations, schedule administration and bookkeeping.The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, eagerness and passion for getting things done in an efficient and accurate manner, all while upholding brand standards.This role reports to the Regional Guest Experience Manager (RGEM) and oversees a team of ~4 Guest Experience Coordinators (GECs). The Lead GEC position is expected to work 4+ shifts/week at the front desk, fulfilling additional GEC duties while in clinic.What You'll Do:LeadershipServe as leader, mentor, coach to GEC team to ensure they feel supported in task completion, outstanding questions, and growth and developmentPartner with RGEM on employee relations as neededAssist and/or directly lead implementation of new operational procedures, platforms and processes within the clinic or regionProvide continuous, real-time feedback to the GEC teamClinic OperationsComplete weekly clinic inventory walk through and place orders for all supplies that are running lowComplete retail re-orders for inventory in clinic after countsMaintain facility standards and ensure utmost compliance with the Myodetox clinic health and safety standardsSchedule AdministrationEnsure all guest scheduling is up-to-date and optimized throughout the week with specific attention to ensuring there are openings in the schedule to capture initial visitsMaintain guest bookings and arrival times to minimize overcrowding and ensure we are limiting the number of individuals at the clinic at once (COVID precaution)Ensure initial, cancelled and waitlisted clients are contacted as necessaryAccurately and precisely capture referral notes for new clientsBookkeepingEnsure all billing, invoicing and claims have been submitted, are up-to-date and closed — to be performed on an ongoing, frequent basisReconcile payments when they arrive to the clinic and alert RGEM of any discrepancies or issues which may cause the clinic not to be paid for sessionsPartner with RGEM to follow up on any outstanding payments as necessaryRespond to all medical request inquiries received at the clinicComplete all cash reconciliation and reporting processes at end of day/end of monthWho You Are:3+ years of experience working in customer service and/or hospitalityExemplary customer service deliveryNatural problem solver with exceptional communication skillsExtreme attention to detailEfficient, resourceful, and adaptablePassionate about helping grow and develop a teamWho We Are:Myodetox was started in 2015 - a clinic with a team of Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, and Registered Massage Therapists who are trained to look at every problem with a similar approach to ensure a consistent treatment experience.Since then, we have helped improve the lives of tens of thousands of clients by solving their pain and injuries.
