The position manages Emerging and Developing Leaders Programs which are Managing at UBC program and learning solutions for Emerging Leaders. Managing at UBC is an 8-month cohort leadership program for newer managers at UBC and supports the development of their leadership skills and competencies. The program runs in partnership with other existing programs to ensure consistency in UBC specific content and context. Responsibilities in this role include working with the Leadership Program team to build, manage and deliver synchronous and asynchronous leadership development programs, learning pathways and maintains administrative oversight of all programming to ensure learners are supported and resourced to participate fully.Organizational StatusThis position reports to the Leadership Programs Learning and Development Specialist and works collaboratively with members of the program planning team and program participants as well as instructional designers, facilitators, coaches, sponsors, student employees, and community partners to ensure that the programs fulfill their goals of advancing UBCs leadership development framework and competencies.Work Performed
