The incumbent provides responsive and knowledgeable customer service to assist users in using the Library and finding relevant library materials, and supports users through demonstrations, orientations, and troubleshooting. The Library Assistant provides training and acts as operational liaison to tutors and subject coordinators in the Writing and Tutoring Centre of the Learning Commons. In support of collection access and management including the Reserve collection, the incumbent performs bibliographic searching, manages print and digital materials, and conducts inventory.Qualifications Required:Education and Experience:
