Job Description

Back of House staff will be trained in
  • All kitchen operational policies, procedures, standards and training
  • Portion control and food cost
  • Recipe execution
  • Prep and par levels
  • Cleaning and sanitary standards
  • Safe use of all kitchen equipment and chemicals
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year experience kitchen experience
  • FOODSAFE Certificate is an asset
  • Problem solver
  • Team players
