As our Logistics Coordinator, you will be a key player in our duty drawback application, ensuring our inventory is accurate among different systems, and managing our relationship with our Customer Care team, transportation companies, and outbound logistics. You will also have the opportunity to assist with our inventory as our demand increases during the peak seasons.We’re looking for a problem solver with great Excel skills who is excited to take on new challenges to support Logistics as we grow. If you’re looking to join a fast-growing startup and make a big impact on a key area of our business, we want to hear from you!What You’ll Do:

  • Set up and adapt to our current compliance process to ensure compliance with Canadian, U.S., and HK Export Regulations
  • Maintain and update reporting metrics and KPIs relative to the Logistics department
  • Prepare Duty Drawbacks
  • Collect and analyze data in relation to On-time Delivery
  • Prepare and update the On-time Delivery report and other Logistics reports on a weekly basis
  • Investigate and correct inventory discrepancies in reported quantities of all locations
  • Assist with periodic (at least annual) physical inventory audits
  • Manage and maintain inventory system; facilitate and upgrade related to the database and/or software under the direction of the Director, Distribution
  • Manage inventory accuracy to achieve the companys shrink and KPI goals
  • Coordinate with Customer Care to answer questions regarding the status of orders, cancellation requests, and any follow-ups
  • Develop and implement inventory control systems and practices
  • Analyze and review supply chain data to identify and resolve issues
  • Coordinate with the Logistics department to identify and resolve any logistics issues when they arise
  • Support the development of policies, procedures, and processes
  • Propose improvements to the current supply chain that will improve vendor relationships and lower the cost of doing business
What We’re Looking For:
  • 1+ years of logistics experience in retail, e-commerce, and/or DTC
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office especially Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Good collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
It’s a Bonus If You Have:
  • Experience with Duty Drawback and inventory
  • Experience managing relationships with transportation companies
  • Experience with NetSuite, Shopify, and warehouse WMS
