Your RoleClarius Mobile Health is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team on a temporary full-time basis for a 9-month maternity leave starting in February 2025. . As a key member of our team, you’ll ensure the smooth operation of inbound, outbound, and RMA shipments, supporting our mission to provide innovative healthcare solutions worldwide. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.This role is integral to ensuring that our products reach their destinations on time, every time. You’ll be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing logistics documentation, and maintaining records in line with company standards. You’ll be working closely with both internal teams and external logistics partners to ensure smooth operations across multiple time zones.Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinate inbound, outbound, and RMA shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers and facilities, in accordance with company guidelines and customer requirements.
  • Respond to inquiries from customers and logistics service providers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Prepare shipping and customs documentation for both domestic and international shipments, including courier waybills, commercial invoices, packing slips, and certificates of origin.
  • Maintain accurate shipping records in NetSuite and Excel spreadsheets, ensuring proper filing in line with company operating procedures.
  • Support the logistics team by staying proactive and flexible in the face of shipment challenges or changes.
Your Experience So Far:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is an asset).
  • 2-3 years of experience in shipping and logistics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
  • Strong English communication skills; additional language skills are a plus.
Location and Compensation:
  • The first two months of this role will be office-based in Vancouver, BC, while you learn the ropes and get up to speed. After that, you’ll have the option to transition to a hybrid work model.
  • The salary for this position is set between $56,000 - $61,000 per year, based on experience (prorated for the 9-month duration).
  • This is a temporary, full-time role with the possibility of extension or future opportunities within Clarius.
