The Loss Prevention Associate will partner up with our store manager to minimize the loss of merchandise from all external and internal sources as well as coaching the store on the best loss prevention practices.RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet every customer that comes into our Oak+Fort store
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager on best Loss Prevention practices
  • Report any suspicious activity that may arise
  • Keep track of on floor inventory
  • Support a safe and secure work environment for all staff
  • Safeguard the loss of physical assets
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experience in loss prevention or other experience in a similar capacity
  • Good understand Inventory Control and Loss Prevention
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
