Job Description

In turn, we offer an award-winning environment that fosters a people-first culture with a high priority on your personal and professional growth.Your opportunity:We are looking for a Workday Manager to join our Internal Finance team with flexibility to be located at any of our offices across the country.The successful candidate will own the following responsibilities:

  • Manage the HR and Finance functional streams of our ERP (Workday)
  • Partner with Finance and HR leaders to identify business needs for product enhancement
  • Manage the support team, mentor colleagues and provide support and guidance
  • Identify and implement improvements in business processes, maintain custom validations, business process, and other system logic
  • Ensure the data integrity of the business via exception reporting and identifying underlying issues
  • Educate workers and develop training on process improvements and the use/features of Workday
  • Assist/lead in the configuration and deployment of new modules/functionality in Workday
  • Track issues and risks, communicate status updates to the Firm and escalate concerns
  • Participate in initiatives that integrate Workday with other systems.

Your experience and education
  • You have experience implementing and managing Workday or other top-tier ERP systems with functional expertise in Financial Management and Human Resources
  • You have at least 5+ years experience in ERP management
  • You have experience with core process redesign and continuous improvement methodologies
  • You have techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process issues
  • You have experience leading work streams, projects, enhancements, etc.
  • You have strong leadership qualities and proven skills in coaching a local or virtual team
  • You have the ability to anticipate the long-term impact of all decisions and take a broad approach to problem solving
  • You are self-motivated and are passionate about learning new skills
  • You have excellent verbal and written communications skills with an ability to relate well with Firm members with varying degrees of technical experience
  • You can work flexible hours to accommodate the Firm’s needs
  • You can read situations and influence outcomes appropriately
  • You have a certification in Workday or another comparable top-tier software (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Netsuite, etc.)
  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
