After 30-day trial, employee discounts plus wage increase possible subject to performance, abilities & marine experience.Service skills/duties; must have basic mechanical aptitude, marine experience preferred. Job requires light rigging, installation of accessories, mounting outboard motors onto transom. Repairs: gluing patches on inflatable boats. Preference given to people with Marine related experience. Some heavy lifting required.Sales duties: selling of boats, parts and accessories to retail customers instore & online.
