Responsibilities include:
  • You will be responsible for managing end-to-end sales responsibilities including customer service and developing relationships with customers
  • Attend daily training sessions and workshops to increase product knowledge and to stay current with all of our client’s products, services, and pricing
  • Develop product knowledge and practice active listening with customers and clients in order to translate that knowledge into tailored solutions with each customer interaction
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by professionally addressing client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
