Job Description

Are you a hard-working Digital Marketing Coordinator In this role, you will collaborate with a dedicated team to craft national marketing media, and local store-level regional marketing campaigns. We are looking for someone to help develop and improve our email campaigns, landing pages, print collateral, social media assets, and other content for our Franchisee service portal. If you’re passionate about connecting with people, love travel benefits, and are up for the challenge of a fast-paced environment, lets talkWhat you’ll do:Build custom email and print campaigns for regional in-store events and promotionsDeliver image assets for marketing channels including campaigns, social media posts, flyers, magazines, and in-store collateralEnsure brand standards and marketing strategies are in place within marketing assets using pre-existing design templatesBuild, proof, and deploy national email marketing newsletters and website landing pages to promote our marketing strategy and paid supplier partner mediaCoordinate the store-level programs including tele-hold system, in-store TV program, and other Franchisee-level support toolsProvide customer service to our Franchisees on their regional marketing requestsBuild strategic and ad-hoc email campaigns as needed to drive supplier revenue opportunitiesCoordinate content creation and management on our Franchisee service portal for promotions and other marketing strategiesProvide administrative and marketing support for multiple existing programs as neededCoordinate campaign invoicing, backup sample materials, and supporting metrics to key partnersWho you are:Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent related professional experienceYou have past experience or success in an applicable business or marketing settingCustomer service skillsBasic knowledge of HTML, and web authoring tools such as DreamweaverIntermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)Strong digital literacy (PC or MAC environment) with experience in Microsoft OfficeDeeply detail oriented with excellent grammar and proofreading skills and an ability to work individually on a project or in a team environmentAn understanding of business and marketing principlesEnjoys working in multifaceted and diverse environmentIs passionate about travel and loves to learnAbout Expedia GroupExpedia Group (NASDAQ: EXPE) powers travel for everyone, everywhere through our global platform.
