Job Description

Great Place to Work® CertifiedMarketing SpecialistReports to: Senior Marketing Manager, Brand & Retail ExperienceLocation: Vancouver, BCWe are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join the COBS Bread Marketing Team in our Vancouver Support Office. This position will lead the omni-channel marketing campaign strategy, in order to deliver campaigns that achieve set KPI’s through various marketing initiatives.What you will be responsible for:

  • Lead Marketing Calendar to develop a marketing plan that maximizes ROI and achieves set KPIs
  • Manage the Marketing Campaign Timeline to ensure key milestones are met from development to post-launch
  • Support Marketing Campaign Budget to ensure marketing initiatives are within scope
  • Lead campaign strategy inclusive of in-retailer POS, in-retailer Marketing initiatives, and omni-channel Marketing activations
  • Manage content calendar inclusive of all copywriting
  • Lead delivery of campaign briefs
  • Manage creative review and artwork sign-off of all campaign materials including in-bakery POS, digital (advertising, signage, POS system, website), and local
  • Manage POS distribution
  • Assist with the roll out strategy for all advertising platforms to ensure effective execution
  • Drive Support Office Team and Franchise network campaign communication regularly to ensure campaigns are executed effectively
  • Provide weekly campaign results to Operations Team and Franchise network
  • Manage execution and delivery of Breaducate e-learning module for each campaign
  • Provide support for Marketing projects as required
RequirementsWhat you bring to the table:
  • 3 years experience as a Specialist in leading the omni-channel marketing campaign strategies from concept to execution
  • Strong project management skills in overseeing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with strength in presentations
  • Excellent written communication skills with strength in short and long form copywriting
  • Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in Marketing, Communications or Advertising is an asset
  • Knowledge of Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods and/or Franchising is an asset
  • Photography skills is an asset
  • Experience in SEM and paid media channels is an asset
