  • FullTimePermanentPosition
  • 3 month probationary period
  • Paid vacation 3 weeks +Christmas Break+March Break
  • Compensation: $22-$25 per hour
  • Start date early November
DUTIES:
  • Scheduling and booking tests and appointments; answering telephones
  • ElectronicMedicalRecords
  • Filing charts
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Office Administration Certificate or equivalent training and experience
  • Working knowledge of office procedures
  • Ability to organize and prioritize.
  • Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with coworkers, clients and staff from other agencies.
  • Demonstrated skill in using a variety of office equipment and computer software programs
