Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Medical Office Manager who possesses the right personality and attitude to lead a great team of staff and doctors. Working as an on-floor manager, we are looking for a hands-on skilled Medical Office Assistant who has proven leadership qualities. This would include, scheduling, processing private payments, coordinating vendors and orders, communicating with your regional team, leading by example, and instilling confidence in your physician team.To be the right person for the job you must be;

  • A highly skilled communicator
  • Proficient in computer functions including
  • EMRs (Profile is most desired)
  • Word and Excel
  • E-faxing and General digital filing
  • Polite and welcoming to all patients, staff and doctors
  • Organized and efficient
  • Composed in times of change, and or emergency
  • Above all a passionate and encouraging leader
