We now have over 2,000 Xplorers,Learn more on our website: https://www.xplortechnologies.com/Job DescriptionTake a seat on the Xplor Rocketship and join us as a Manager of Software Engineering, Mobile development to help people succeed across the world.You’ll join our Xplor Tech group and mostly focus on products within our Fitness & Wellbeing vertical that serves clients around the globe in key markets like the US, Canada, UK, Europe, Japan, Australia and New Zealand. In this role you’ll oversee developers focused on mobile apps for products such as Mariana Tek, PerfectMind and TrueCoach.You’ll be responsible for guiding a community of mobile developers towards a common set of platforms, tools and development best practices. You’ll join our Fitness and Wellness Development team - the team that provides support and expertise to health clubs, gyms, community centres as well as the leisure, parks and recreation industry. You will manage 17 developers across different geographical regions.You’ll have the unique challenge of working with our wide range of mobile applications, with a range of technologies including Swift and Kotlin. Reporting into the Head of Software Engineering, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our varied mobile technology teams across the Fitness and Wellness to help deliver a streamlined development experience.Qualifications Required:
