Job Description

As an Ocean Freight Specialist at DHL, you’ll be a part of the company that keeps the world turning.   • Creates/confirms transport order to ensure delivery of the shipment to the final customer
  • Ensures customer requirements are met and documents are completed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provides spot quotations and performs up- and cross-selling on inbound customer calls
YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Good knowledge of forwarding business, DGF products OFR and business systems
  • Good knowledge of CS processes and systems
  • Ability to identify and meet customer needs in a pleasant and friendly manner
