Job Description

Downtown small but fast-growing securities administration company is looking for a diligent individual to provide support and process stock-related transactions.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Processing stock-related transactions (e.g. deposits and transfers) using in-house software.
  • Organizing and preparing for the clients annual general meetings.
  • Data entry.
  • Filing, photocopying, couriers, and other tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Attention to detail and organization.
  • Someone who is able to take initiative and ensures tasks are completed fully.
  • Basic knowledge of Word and Excel. (e.g. mail merge, simple Excel formula, and formatting).
  • Basic understanding of the transfer agent business. ( Please visit our website at www.TransferAgent.ca).
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively over the telephone, in person, and via email.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Minimum 3-year previous office experience.
  • Accounting experience is an asset.
Position and Schedule:
  • The start date is as soon as possible.
  • This position is full-time (8 hours/day), 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
Salary: $19 - $25/hour depending on experience.Applications Details:
