This position will be responsible for the daily management, administration, and technical end user support of OneStream. Solution-oriented consulting for new development work will also be a key function for this position.Key Relationships: The OneStream Administrator reports to the Director, Finance and will work closely with the Financial Planning & Analysis team.Location: We are open to accepting applicants based out of any of our Metrie branches (see Metrie.com for a full list of branches).Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Main point of contact for OneStream user support.
• Advise of methods to leverage OneStream for management reporting and decision making.
• Support ongoing financial processes such as annual budgeting, forecasting, closing, analysis, reporting, etc.
• Develop, create, modify, test and maintain workflows and all supporting elements to support financial processes.
• Perform data loads/exports, including data validation and consolidation of data; this includes performing month-end close responsibilities.
• Research and investigate data discrepancies and provide data validation reports.
• Maintain metadata in OneStream for planning and consolidations.
• Create, modify, and maintain OneStream business rules for planning and consolidations.
• Modify and maintain OneStream model logic for forecasting and planning processes.
• Create and maintain reporting hierarchy, accounts, CTA calculations, intercompany relationships and other data mappings as needed.
• Perform eliminations and consolidations process in OneStream.
• Load and maintain currency rate data in OneStream.
• Back up for security in the OneStream environment.
• Monitor and report system performance, availability, and utilization.
• Provide technical assistance by responding to inquiries regarding errors, problems, or questions with OneStream.
• Perform troubleshooting for OneStream end users by evaluating problem situations in depth, arriving at independent conclusions leading to problem resolution and documentation.
• Develop and document procedures pertaining to OneStream applications and processes.
• Create and maintain documentation on system setup and changes.
• Create, modify, and maintain OneStream reports as needed to ensure reports are standardized and developed for optimum performance and data integrity that supports audits and other data needs.
• Annually review, modify, add, remove, and reorganize all cube view and dashboard reporting to ensure the needs of the business and users are met.
• Work closely with OneStream Support and external consultants to troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
• Perform OneStream training for internal users , including live training, as well as on-demand training videos.
• Stay abreast of OneStream releases and features and recommend additional use cases to improve the business

Who You AreWe would love to hear from you if you have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting/MIS related.
• 3+ years’ experience with OneStream, HFM and/or Hyperion Planning.
• High level Smart View expertise.
• Strong ability to understand finance and accounting principles.
• Team oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Desire to expand technical capabilities.
• Able to work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Effective time management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Works collaboratively with all stakeholders.
