Job Description

Are you passionate about local food culture We’re Foodee, a team of food experts on a mission to connect local restaurants to businesses through our corporate catering platform. We help corporations spread the power of good food by curating menus from top local restaurants and delivering them to your office.We’re looking for an Operations Support Team Lead to manage and support our delivery operations to ensure an exceptional service experience. This role will work to assist the operations and support team with escalations and/or unique or complex inquiries, and represent the team in cross functional discussions. This role will be based remotely, with candidates preferably based in British Columbia/able to work PST hours.*Key responsibilities of this role: *

  • Provide support and guidance for escalated cases and monitor trends in delivery error discounting
  • Support the day-to-day management of our logistics partners, provide and collect feedback on ways to improve our service delivery
  • Collaborate with Product Management on improvements to the customer experience
  • Support the implementation of new technology and process and identify system and workflow improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Train and coach team members
  • Support Operations Director with monitoring the daily workload of the team to ensure adequate coverage
  • Maintain and update the internal database (Confluence)
