Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage work of an assigned team in key order management processes: back orders, Can Not Finds (CNF), fraud, warranty and returns, etc.
  • Recruit, organize, train and coach the Order Management team, to ensure they have the tools and skills to perform their jobs successfully.
  • Monitor KPIs and manage the team to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
  • Monitor work progress and identify key issues to determine necessary corrective actions and determine new ways of working.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover the root cause of key order issues and build a roadmap to improve efficiencies and resolution times.
  • Provide effective leadership, direction and coaching to the Order Management team, ensuring they have the tools and skills to perform their jobs successfully.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a people management role. Experience in managing processes.
  • Understanding of eCommerce, supply chain, fulfillment and returns processes.
  • Commitment to achieving key performance indicators.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to understand complex data, identifying actionable insights from data sets.
  • Strong communication skills and a track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing business conditions.
