We are very lucky to offer several incredible opportunities to join our team, and we are currently recruiting for a customer focused Part Time Optometric Assistant to join our retail store in Vancouver on Robson Street and help create a seamless and enjoyable patient experience!What does one (perfect) workday look likeAs an Optometric Assistant, you will be in charge of managing clinic patient flow, ensuring patients are checked in and ensuring our Optometrist is set up with the proper equipment. You will also manage the clinic inventory and report on patient statistics. You’ll have the opportunity to conduct pre-testing and contact lens training and assist patients and customers in selecting, adjusting and purchasing eyewear and contact lenses. You’ll monitor the daily schedule and ensure that patient rooms are always clean and organized and you’ll act as the liaison between patients, Eyewear Consultants and our Optometrist. You’ll maintain clinic reception, ensure invoices and patient recalls are complete, and follow-up on upcoming appointments to ensure patients have all necessary information. You’ll also work with the team to monitor and analyze clinic and store statistics.Your main KPIs
