Enviro-Tech Mechanical Services$23 - $26 per hourWho we are:Enviro-Tech is a commercial refrigeration, HVAC and installation company made up of busy office staff and a growing fleet of service technicians. In business since 1994, we are a top-quality, full-service company for heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration sales and service. Our goal is to provide an environment that respects and honours a work-life balance.A day in the life:The parts technical specialist is responsible for maintaining positive relationships with service technicians, the service team and manufacturers for parts identification, reviewing estimates, parts sourcing and problem solving. The parts technical specialist must thrive in an extremely fast-paced work environment with high deliverables. What you bring:

  • High school graduation required
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  • Experience with a current ERP system an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, follow instructions, and apply critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work accurately with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability and proficiency in MS Office suite of applications
