Job Description Location: Canada Only (Preference for Vancouver, but remote work across Canada is possible; candidates must be based in Canada)Start Date: As soon as possible (latest by April)Salary: Competitive budget, up to 1 million CAD for salariesIndustry: Retail (Payment Technology Expertise Required)Languages: Fluent in English (required), French is a plusExperience Required: 1-2 yearsProject Overview:We are seeking developers for a payment technology project with one of our retail clients. The focus is on integrating and improving payment systems to provide seamless, secure, and efficient payment solutions for retail transactions. The ideal candidate will come from a payment technology background and will need to bring in-depth knowledge of payment industry standards, while also adapting their expertise to the retail context.Key Responsibilities:

  • Payment System Development: Contribute to the design and development of payment solutions using SAS-based technologies and other tools to support the client’s retail payment infrastructure.
  • Payment Industry Expertise: Ensure the payment solutions are compliant with industry standards and legislative requirements (such as PCI-DSS, GDPR, etc.), and are tailored to the retail sector.
  • Documentation: Manage the technical documentation process, ensuring it is clear, precise, and accessible to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal technical teams and the client’s retail teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
  • Adaptability: Leverage a variety of technologies to provide effective solutions while keeping pace with the changing needs of the retail payment space.
