Job Description

Are you an energetic and creative student looking to step up your HR career Does the opportunity to join a hyper-growth, fast paced tech company excite you If you value mentorship and career growth, this role might be for you!Job SummaryThis is an entry-level position for a post-secondary student pursuing a diploma or degree in human resources to gain industry experience as an in-house HR Support in a fast-paced tech environment. The incumbent will work closely with the People and Culture Generalist to coordinate and maintain HR programs, processes, and activities in line with our culture and values to promote a positive and rewarding work environment across North America.The P&C Intern will work to facilitate various functions of HR within the company including recruitment, employee onboarding, and employee team building events.What you will be doing

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation processes and programs
  • Assist with research initiatives and programs
  • Participate in the planning and execution of employee social events and training programs and initiatives
  • Support recruitment including drafting job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews and participating in university relations activities
  • Participate in the development of the monthly newsletter
  • Provide support in special HR projects and initiatives
  • Other tasks as assigned
About You
  • Knowledgeable. You are currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
