Job Description

We will continue to provide attainable luxury to like- minded individuals.POSITION SUMMARYAs Planner, you will be responsible for all things related to inventory management and merchandise planning. You will be driving financial growth for the company by optimizing inventory levels and increasing inventory productivity.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and track inbound and outbound of inventory by store drop schedule
  • Develop assortment plans at style-color level for different trading channels
  • Reconcile tops-down category plan with bottoms-up at style-color level
  • Recommend seasonal merchandise flow strategies that maximize sales, profitability and customer expectations
  • Analyze historical data and current trends to identify risks and opportunities to the business
  • Manage weekly/monthly Inventory & Financial Reports
  • Work along with allocation team on Initial Allocation and Replenishment to the stores and ensure the flow of the inventory is aligned with Corporate Financial Goals.
  • Establish appropriate in-stock strategy for all business segments across both Retail and eCommerce to maximize sales
  • Provide in-depth analysis of product performance and make recommendations to maximize business opportunities
  • Work with cross-functional teams to execute inventory transfers and product pulls
  • Develop and implement tools to optimize allocations, assortment, inventory weeks of supply (WOS) targets, and achieve sales, contributing margin, and turns expectations
REQUIREMENTS
  • College certificate or University degree is required
  • 3-5 years of merchandise planning experience in retail organization
  • Previous experience with merchandise and planning tools/systems
  • Expert knowledge of Excel is required
  • Excellent team player and ability to work independently
