Some client-facing roles may require being physically present from time to time.About This RoleWe are currently looking for a highly motivated, creative and detail oriented Post-Production Assistant to support the Production Lead in the photography department at our fast growing tech company.This is a post-oriented role. 360° photography knowledge is ideal. Photography knowledge and intermediate skills in Adobe Photoshop are fundamental.Key Accountabilities

  • Run our 360° post-production workflow
  • File organization
  • Manage the delivery of equirectangular (360°) imagery
  • Key liaison with photographers
  • Onboard new photographers to our Photographer Guidelines
  • Organize delivered footage from photographers, when required
  • Review shot list capture notes from photographers to be considered in post
  • Update shot list and shot tree to correspond with shots captured
  • Colour correct photos in programs such as Lightroom and Photoshop, when required
  • Stitch equirectangular images in PTGui, when required
  • Export and deliver final stitched images for various projects across multiple timelines
  • Ensure quality assurance of all shots prior to final delivery
  • Maintain clarity of information and good channels of communication between the Photo Editors, CSMs, ISs and Production team
Must Have Skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Concise communicator
  • Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop
  • Intermediate proficiency in PTGui Pro
  • Ability to remain calm, focused and professional while working across multiple shoots and footage deliveries
  • Ability to prioritize workload accordingly and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye to spot potential stitching errors in 360° imagery
  • A proven ability to multi-task across various projects simultaneously
  • A keen interest in new and emerging technology + photography
Key Attributes
  • A keen interest in 360° photography
  • Experience working with equirectangular imagery and the workflow entailed
  • Ability to evaluate current workflows and possess initiative to implement new workflows as and when needed
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programs
  • Previous experience at a SAAS company is a bonus
  • Confidence in briefing photographers and giving constructive feedback
  • A professional, polite, optimistic and respectful manner
  • Initiative to think beyond the immediate scope to bring new ideas and an aptitude for collaborating with other internal departments such as the 3D and Product teams
