Job Description

Description du posteAs a Product Deployment Specialist, your role consists of supporting clinic staff in the optimal use of our web-based electronic medical record (EMR), called PLEXIA, while ensuring a successful implementation adapted to the reality of each clinic. Your contribution to the deployment team will directly and significantly impact improving clinical processes.You will be joining a multidisciplinary team whose mandate is to welcome new clients and guide them in adopting our care management solutions.Your mission

  • Be an integral part of the onboarding team by helping to define the needs of new customers.
  • Plan and prepare the technological park required for the deployment of the products.
  • Implementation of functional interfaces required for the deployment of our products.
  • Develop IT clinical processes related to the deployment ensuring optimal use of our EMR product.
  • Participate in remote (80%) and on-site (20%) project deployments depending on size or complexity using tailored tools.
  • Prepare and conduct advanced training adapted to the clerical and medical staff of clinics.
  • Organize Q amp;A sessions for clients at clinics.
  • Design presentations and write project reports.
  • Support clients throughout the process.
  • Apply corrective and preventive interventions while targeting the improvement of clinical processes.
