In particular, that includes creating an equitable, inclusive and growth-focused environment for our people.about this teamReporting to the Sr. Manager, Experience & Technology and part of the Guest Support team, you lead new initiatives across the Guest Support organization.You create and clearly communicate your product vision and roadmap, build strong relationships across the organization and acquire necessary resources to successfully meet your objectives of delivering new technology initiatives and experiences that support the growth of our business.You lead and deliver by utilizing agile methodology through a team of jr. product managers and a cross functional product team.a day in the life: what you’ll do

  • Enroll and work cross functionally with partners across the organization and Guest Support (IT, Digital, Ecommerce, Operations etc.) to ensure alignment and clarity of what is needed to continually scale our business and guest experience, and support cross functional initiatives
  • Partnership with IT to manage acquire resourcing needed for Guest Support product team
  • Collaboration with Sr. Product Manager, Guest Support Technology Ops with delivery of new technology and initiatives and ongoing maintenance and support needs.
  • Delivery of multi-year vision, roadmap and prioritization of what matters most to achieve the strategic and operational goals of the Guest Support organization.
  • Document high-level requirements, acceptance criteria and KPI’s that push the product strategy forward and achieve key objectives
  • Discover, document and deliver new initiatives to the Guest Support organization and audit, analyze, and evaluate post-implementation to ensure objectives have been fulfilled
  • Attend, participate and lead scrum ceremonies, planning sessions, stakeholder updates and demonstrate completed features to stakeholders and users
  • Transition delivered initiatives to the Technology Operations product team to support as baseline operations
  • Drive Guest Supports initiatives across NA in both office and remote environments, including hardware, security, software, platforms and vendor relationships
  • Lead and develop jr. product managers and a cross functional product team, utilizing agile methodology to deliver initiatives to maintain and optimize current Guest Support technology
  • Acquire and indirectly manage resources and budgets required to deliver roadmap through annual budget planning, change requests, business cases and approval requirements as needed
  • Attend, participate and lead scrum ceremonies, planning sessions, stakeholder updates and demonstrate completed features to stakeholders and users
  • Make data-informed decisions based on a sound understanding of operational priorities and needs, security requirements, and user experience
  • Ensure a continuous cycle of feedback from stakeholders and users is integrated in the product planning and development process through backlog grooming, refinement and prioritization activities.
qualifications
  • Minimum BA / BS degree in business, technology or supply chain management, applicable post-secondary education
  • 5+ years’ product experience in call center technology, customer service, social media, applications and operations
  • Strong leadership skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and foster growth in direct reports
  • Strong core consulting skills (demonstrated track record of quality delivery, interpersonal and cross-functional relationship skills)
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering executive level presentations
  • Demonstrated leadership; mentorship, visionary, clarity of purpose, motivated, relentless execution
  • Experience and understanding of how to work in an agile environment as a product manager
  • Strong core prioritization, management and consulting skills (demonstrated track record of quality delivery, resource management, interpersonal and cross-functional relationship skills)
