Working closely with our existing product management team, you’ll help steer the evolution of Event Temple’s industry-leading platform. By collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging data-driven insights, you will shape a product vision that propels our mission forward and cements our position as a market leader.What You’ll Bring

Your Day-to-Day

• Own the Vision for Your Product Area: Develop and articulate a clear product strategy that drives value for customers and aligns with company objectives for your specific area.
• Collaborate with the Product Team: Work closely with the existing product management team to ensure alignment and a seamless product development process.
• Drive Product Development: Partner with engineering, design, customer success, and sales teams to prioritize and execute on the product roadmap.
• Engage with Customers: Conduct user research, gather feedback, and validate ideas to ensure we’re addressing key pain points and delivering impactful solutions.
• Leverage Data and Insights: Monitor product performance, track KPIs, and use data-driven analysis to iterate and optimize product features.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to ensure Event Temple remains at the forefront of innovation.

Requirements

• Proven Experience: 3+ years as a Product Manager or related roles, ideally within SaaS, hospitality, or related industries.
• Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of software development processes, with the ability to effectively collaborate with engineering teams.
• Strong Analytical Skills: Comfort with data analysis tools and techniques to make informed product decisions.
• Leadership Presence: A natural leader who can inspire confidence, align stakeholders, and drive initiatives to completion.
